Yes, and I am keen to lodge a claim. Are you - or anyone else - aware of any assistance site in relation to point C Claim Process no. 3 of the letter; this deals with:
"providing the specifics of any misleading or deceptive conduct ........................................."
"Evidence of your reliance ................"
"Evidence of the loss....................... how the relevant conduct or omission caused that loss"

I assume that there is a reasonably standard form of words that is required and anything else may well be discarded by the Trustees
