How these announcements are panning out is it seems to me like TIS management are trying to take a bit more control of the company destiny, create some news flow that isn't all about delays and waiting for new dates for responses to be issued.
We've sat a round for a long time waiting for EMA rulings and the eventual sales. Perhaps it's best to get on with the business of the FDA approval and create some traction elsewhere. TIS is a announcement driven company. Unless it's pumping out news on a regular basis people will get impatient and sell, or not buy in the first place.
Maybe the board made some New Years resolutions.
