They are happy to drip feed the market the shasres they get at a discount and keep taking their 15-25% by selling shares.

If they stopped selling the shares then I would take that as a sign as they are holding onto their squillions of shares with the expectation that the SP will go up.

As lng as they keep selling on market then it apepars with what they know they were better taking their percentage and dump on market.

Well, that is my read anyway. IMO definitely not something to be looking at as a sign of optimism.
