Also I it could be that this so called "merger scheme" written the way in the letter and dispatched to shareholders is in irresponsible way to deliberately discourage FDC so the price goes down and some insiders will benefit buying. Can we find out who bought 20m shares today? ASX should investigate. April is the month when this merger proposal will become active. Till then interested parties will play dirty, imo. How to stop it?
