Agree, Blue mud bay - what a farce.
In Nov 2013 the company provided a similar update on negotiations with the traditional owners. Meetings postponed due to recent funerals and cultural reasons. Meetings would be rescheduled for early 2014. Well here we are 14 months later, still no meetings and further delays cause its wet.
Time to clear the decks - bring on the GM
