Bingo - all the elements were there - peers, numerous assessments- but an even better one - since it is such a crap mkt we did so well not to JV anything - but now we should be able to - aggh but mkt also noted not keen to put money into new ventures so with dwindling $$ how will GBP do what they say is nearly impossible to do. - continue doing the same I suspect
