Dont regulations require this company to enter a multi-month suspension, call a special meeting to change the type of business and re-apply to ASIC for listing on the ASX as a "financial services" company with all this commodity trading going on?
As all the main banks have pulled out of commodities trading, looks like CMC and Goldman Sachs are going head to head!
