Have forwarded the details to Dave rosa for a new recruitment plan.
The previous plan I put forward in late Jan 2014 and trialled in April was too sucessful with a huge number of hits far too many to follow up on.
This new approach avoids that trap.
The April idea was offered free of charge to SSH while this new plan was intended to remunerate me on a performance basis, being one hundred recruitments in twelve months. Sent a Non Disclosure Agreement to SSH to be signed and returned if they agreed to the terms. Received an email from their lawyer Friday last Advising they declined my offer to solve the recruitment problem, my words, that the Vice President of Global Marketing and Recruiting, Molly Wade had a plan based on some clinical angle. No explanation was offered. They intend to develop that plan.
My reaction was, I would offer my plan to Sunshine Heart free
Why waste a great idea if it might solve the numbing recruitment situation that has dragged on for 19 months, and everyone benefits.
Sent it to Dave end of last week.
The Simple Plan...
Requires the cooperation of Medicare?
Why would they do that?
Medicare US has a growing problem with thirty day hospitalisations for CH Failure. It currently costs them
1.7 bill$ annually and growing.
This plan will help to reduce that cost.
Apparently they have been trying to do that without success for some time.
Sunshine Heart will appoint a fulfilment company and supply to that company information kits.
Medicare in turn will provide postal labels addressed to CH Failure patients.
The fulfilment company will then process and forward the addressed kits to the patients.
If Dave can put this together it will result in recruitments. I doubt you would fail to achieve that if you send out one thousand kits. Each kit goes directly to a seriously potential customer, a sufferer, and you can't get a better result than that in the selling game.
There are six point three million CH Failure sufferers in the US. Many of those would be Medicare members.
Assuming Medicare participates this would represent a very valuable resource for SSH into the future.
Guaranteeing market penetration on a potentially large scale. Think a quarter of a million kits annually.
Sunshine Heart would very likely work exclusively with Medicare assuring Medicare of decreasing hospitalisations.
An added benefit of this arrangement would be SSH would avoid reimbursement problems by avoiding the smaller med ins companies.
That's It.
The question now is will they or won't SSH take this Seriously.
