GH...Good luck mate.
Heres a bit of interesting reading for you....looks like even if PB finds some decent source rock results with the Ark it will be a very long time before any serious players gets interested in tight oil in places with no infrastructure. Check the maps out...it seems that Aus has some even better shale than at the Ark..

Once the Saudis have finished inflicting damage on the US shale oil financiers they will then hold oil prices at a level just high enough to keep tight oil at bay, say $60.......so I would imagine all eyes will be on getting hold of good conventional plays for a couple of years at least and with the latest shocks to weaker oil companies there could be some on the market. At any rate there will be some cheap shale plays on the market in the US where there already is an abundance of pipeline infrastructure and the pressure will continue again to build on conventional.
As for coal....well most of the gas hitting the markets now is tied to the oil prices...so gas gets to compete with coal in ways not seen for a while....
Seems like PB just cant get a decent look in on his recent plays..
Told myself I wouldn't come onto this forum just to bad mouth a stock that hurt me but I would also like to get info to you and I think this is very relevant reading...Also if you are better informed your reasoning gets better..
All the best.
