Hi All
Saudis have be smart and ruthless.
1. Let's see where the market takes us.
2. We want everyone to reduce output why should we be the price regulators anymore.
Scenario
SA are exporters of terror (recent media reports), the King is now dead. What's to say that SA gets attacked and their oil plants/ producing capabilities are reduced causing a reduction in supply. I know they are Sunnis but it's just a thought and nothing can be ruled out how this al plays out.
The Yemen situation that has just played our also adds to the regions volatility and instability.
Supply could drop in a heartbeat.
Interesting times ahead.
If oil does spike DLS will have one of the strongest responses.
Cheers
BW
