    Great post CSGguy, having been a long term ELK holder until a few months ago i really feel sorry for MEL holders in this deal. Without this deal ELK would be shutting up shop as there is little to no chance of Greive getting off the ground at current Oil prices and Denbury sure wont be in any hurry.
    Looks like a mates deal was done to save their ass.
