I do not think the board would phone up DMP and say "look guys we are finalising this big deal with ERM to be completed by 17jan. Who ever signs off on this very important deal for us will there won't they? We don't quite know the date when we will finish the paperwork this end but make sure that who ever signs off on this is there."

Again nothing to be concerned about, these things happen and nothing to do with continous disclosure not being undertaken.
