I would imagine like many other organisations quite a few DMP staff would have taken leave over the Xmas/NY period.
Some of those staff on leave may just be the ones who sign off on matters such as those in question.
As there has been no mention about Alcoa, it would appear they have signed off on the transfer regarding the RG plant.
Agree with Ahjay, there is no dispute and nothing to be concerned about. More time now to get the other matter off EGO's bucket list, namely Allied Oil & Gas.
