Dennis was appointed as director on the board of POS on February 2014 and in the Initial Directors Interest Notice, it has stated that he had 1,249,000 FPO shares and of that 1,000,000 escrowed to 11/06/2015, also 1,682,321 performance shares escrowed to various date and a 110,246 bonus shares escrowed to 2018.

If he had purchased majority of those shares in open market, what is the reason having them escrowed? surly if you had purchased them on market, you would want to be able to sell them at your will irregardless if you are a director? There will be terms and condition set on those shares, until they are released from escrowed, they are not his yet, and doubt he paid a cent for them.

Dennis was the COO at POS until Dec 2013 and took a walk to SIR and come back as Director.

Good thing come in small packages, this 1.5mtpa processing plant is capable in producing 24k Ni and purpose built for sir.

POS 1.5mtpa concentrator plant at LJ had historically produce 12k ni pa. So same capacity but producing less.

If dennis had made millions, he is not spending on shares.
