Kingy - not sure why you are so defensive. Nearmap clearly believes that there has been a patent infringement which is why they are undertaking the discovery. They need valid grounds to pursue the discovery which they obviously have! You are right that none of us know if there has actually been any infringement of any kind but you would be absolutely crazy not to factor in the risk to WSR here. Sounds like you're ramping and/or have a very one sided view if you can't see or accept that risk to the stock.
