A few articles appearing on how Chinese investors are moving into Agri and property on an increasing basis. Haven't seen something directly mentioning fertiliser/potash/phosphate but have certain had verbals where people say they are interested.
I suspect the most likely connection will be off take agreements in China or India but the big fish would be them taking a stake and doing to development (or just buying the company).
Old articles like the "Northern Territory fertiliser could fuel dining boom" from mid last year and "the Northern Territory is the Pilbara of Phosphate" is likely to be repeated this year so will be interesting to see if anything comes from the appointment of the corporate advisor late last year - flagstaff partners and the trip to India about now.
