    I suggest more drilling makes FMS more attractive for cap raising and for T/O.
    The previous T/O offer of 30c was at a higher I/O price. I suspect mgt have received suggestions of lower sp because of I/O price drop.The extra I/O is maintaining the value of the Co.
    Ducks are being lined up and are getting fatter.
    FMS has the option of T/O or go to market whichever
    comes first.
