Prospective Investor

I am a prospective investor to DLS, and I have two questions for all, anybody willing to help would be appreciated.

Firstly I am looking at the balance sheet, under NCA I see there is $186 million in PP&E, however I look down at the bottom and it says 'Other' totalling $230 Million!!! Making total NCA $417 Million, and Total Assets $682 Million. What is this significant $230 Million representing? *My source is Morningstar*

Secondly, I see that on the 28th of January, and 19th of February the Quarterly Reports and Half-Year Financial Statements (respectively) are being unveiled. What do you HC investors believe these reports will hold for DLS and do you believe they will be worse or better then anticipated?

I appreciate your time, and I know I am definitely going to jump on the DLS train, it's just a matter of at what price.
