I can't speak for wobbly but what I think he means is that Creasey and Sija have both invested relatively heavily into this company.
And based on the lack of market interest (translated to 'buying based on those in the know), it seems pretty safe to assume they haven't been overly successful in achieving drill targets.
Then again, there hasn't been any real selling either.
