Found it. At last annual report total shares on issue is 263,113,571.

I personally become suspicious when small companies in the biotech and mining space have over 1b on issue. Bit of a trigger for me that the company is a 'Director lifetsyle' company and/or they have been fast and loose with shareholder funds and have had to continually issue confetti.

263,113,571 is very low compared to most small biotechs (whether they have a product ready to go like TIS or have one in development), exploration miners, and others outside the top 300. Personally I am not phased by a small CR and think it will be good to go to market with some cash in the bank to pay for sales force, marketing, conferences, expo's etc to get the product out there.
