Why would a company raise funds at an 80% premium?
Stock can be bought at 1.2cents why bother with the new issue at 1.8 cents.?
If no one subscribes they (Golden Rain) increase their holdings from 19% t0 38.78% for 1.8cents per share and existing shareholders have their holdings diluted by 23.47%...
Is this smoke and mirrors ???
What is the end game for Golden Rain ??
Have never been part of an issue like this ... can anyone shed some light on this ???
