The downgrade is not surprising, but the timing of it is. Management would have been well aware of the situation at the AGM. RXP are in a tough and declining market, and in addition they are integrating a number of acquisitions, from which they are relying on top line growth. However, they have been oversold IMHO, only slightly though!
