You make some good points. The ISP Brief certainly didn't cover policy, nor would one expect it to yet CNX appears to think that the pathway identified by the ISP is the only requirement because various CNX reports show the supposed path to commercialization pending a positive 'decision' by government. The path appears to be based upon existing regulatory processes that are project specific and appears to ignore requirements concerning a regulatory framework for UCG in general. Who knows what might transpire.
I guess you will be off-loading rather than waiting for the outcome of the election LOL.
