Maybe ALY is being set up for some sort of deal with JRL. Dudfield holds 31% of Jindalee and 5.5% of ALY. JRL holds about 9.5% of ALY, has cash and is looking for assets to acquire or invest in.
Something has to happen soon as there was about $286k at the end of Sept quarter, though Dudfield buying now suggests no news pending.
