The seller must be selling to himself then reloading the sell stack, on and off screen.
Without a change in sub holder the amount of stock changing hands over the last 3 months has to be largely same-entity churn
If so then its a great fundamental buy signal - that someone is deliberately and systematically forcing the share price down - no doubt overall increasing his net holdings along the way.
