So what's basically been happening is they were using all of the local low quality IO as possible and leaing the higher quality stuff alone, deliberately pushing the imports down to low prices in the process, so that when the ban came in the imported IO would be at a low price.
Nice game, but the jig is up and so will be the imported higher quality IO price.
