Only if people get to know about it , in reality I have seen hugely questionable things in INT and MHM and even EGO. However in each case ASIC has not acted as far as I see it and in the MHM and EGO the new board has had to deal with the past by seeking their own legal actions.
Really I hear what you say but if you press hard then its lack of resources - I am surprised that they dont use volunteers but that is obviously their choice. Really some of the companies on the ASX scare me as I cannot see a pathway to profits only another CR to keep it afloat at times.
