IMO its just a formality for the green light apart from our chairman receiving the award for his services to the resources sector, the GOVT has to be seen as ticking all the boxes and its clear they are doing that. True at snails pace but hey who cares as long as the go ahead is given ,loyal and long term holders have suffered enough not long now before we get the answer.
