I think G Wilson doesn't like to pay much more than NTA for LIC's. I seem to remember him talking about this when WAA were trading way above NTA. (hit $1.50 in September when NTA was about $1.08 )
SMSF's and yields are the reason for these issues atm. You would want to be very nimble should LIC's start to reduce dividends.
