I don't know if anything will wash up from this. I suspect, with this enforceable undertaking, ASIC has decided to close the book on the goings on of the last few years.
While the value of Nusep's stake in Prime might increase over the next few years, I suspect that increase will be small compared to what might have been, if the expectations outlined in the August 2013 capital raising had come to fruition. What a lost chance.
