I can see why FWL are keen to get 750,000 cash for moose pasture, especially with there being a total dearth of cash at the moment. Their comment about yogi having no real value in this climate is quite telling. Just a big draw on cash starring with government rent and rates, and minimum expenditure requirements.

Why take on more ground when PDY have a blue chip flagship like peak hill ? How many billion tonnes of waste do you actually start quarrying the stuff ?
