Kat a quick example here as cfd's are not banned from every other market . But I note it is illegal for Americans to trade in cfd's in the U.S.A . Many Aussie cfd providers still allow access for non Americans to trade cfd's in their market . The yanks also allow forex on their markets which is a cfd or form of cfd as it mirrors the real market , futures , and is a non deliverable product .

I agree with u that cfds should be banned as the cfd providers [they are not brokers ] milk the crap out of takers of their products . Many provide crap platforms with no depth or volume and use all sorts of delaying tactics and perverse rules to milk the unwary .
