Ah, true. I am newer to this LIC, after 6 months of researching all of the LICS, I decided the four best income LICs to be CDM, WAM, ALF and CTN. Two above NTA, and one at NTA and one below NTA.

ALF was more of a risk to me, above NTA and volatile, but good track record and steady income, also perceived better in falling market, although I have yet to see that happen.

Phil, can I ask if you see value at these prices, and why do you think the sell-off, riskoff trade, or worry about income?
