If any big iron ore producer cut production quantity from next year excluding expire of mine life,exempt or reduce royalty and habour fee to the same quantity of cut quantity to encourage cut production.
For example if cut production of 1million tonnes compare to this year(caculate by average monthly base) exempt or reduce royalty or habour fee to 1million tonnes from next month.
