Sorry moviedancer probably could have worded my reply a bit better. I was saying that the difference between the current share price and the conversion price implied 150% increase in the share price ie 70c to $2.00 (actual figure is closer to 200%).
Clearly at the current price the note holders wouldn't convert to equity.
