I have no connection to  Nearmap or Spookfish whatsoever or shareholding in either... Previously bought Nearmap and sold for profit quite some time ago hence I am familiar and interested in the  Spookfish story and when and if the time is right (...not now of course) I may take a position. But with too many unknowns and the potential for a legal stoush in the mix and the price well above the recent Cap raise my short term interest is waning  fast.  Perhaps when it approaches the cap raise price and if the legals are sorted I may take a stake ... but legals issues tend to drag on for years in my experience ...so it is looking more unlikely.

It would seem no one  here has any idea what the legal issue actually is ... my "guess" is that it is IP related, ie, who owns the IP and is more than likely Nearmap given ex employee's have jumped ship from Nearmap to Spookfish.  But I might be completely wrong. Either way is a dark cloud hovers about WSR until its resolved.
