I believe management have gotten the message by now us shareholders want a leaner consolidated company, When they achieve this which could be soon this will skyrocket, maybe Ensogo wont take over the world but who cares as long as it will turn a profit with moderate growth long term. Maybe Ensogo will take over south east asia, It is already the number one flash sales company.
The offmarket trade is a positive, we already know someone wants out and has managed to find a lucky buyer off market rather than on market. Always sectors and stocks get way over sold after negative news or sentiment.

All of a sudden those watching and waiting will strike without warning then it will be too late to buy this absolute bargain with little risk. Its not a mining company!
