I agree they wasted a great opportunity by being greedy and arguing with previous partners. Idiots! But picking up Cuervo does matter. It could matter a hell of a lot from this point. It just may mean that they can sell Peru for $25M and not $4M? Who knows. Who knows what the next 3 years will hold so better to have it than not.
