sounds all bad Vendor,but why would hills management sign up to such a deal in the first place-you guessed it,they were struggling.at least WOW could put some zing in to the brand name,so a profit might be on the cards.just remember this-i would rather a company like wow trying to help out hills with its obvious problems, than a german consortium like aldi.
