You cannot trust anyone in such transactions and if you do you have no one to blame but yourself.

This needs an explanation as to why such asset was released overseas without a suitable surety.

hawka, they would of entered into a standard contract but the other party are refusing to pay and are now being chased through legal channels.. what do you want them to do?

there is no pre-sale agreement with them, clearly there is more then meets the eye with this incident given the connections to PLV.. let it play out.
