Well if you had a quick look at the SXG website, or the ASX SXG announcements or various other Google sites... including this forum... you would have found out all of the above information you required.
Or if you are a serious follower you would have read the announcement straight after the AGM last week, which also included a copy of the Certificate of Registration on Change of Name.
If you were expecting a personal message in your Inbox, I found out there is a preference on the Southern Cross Gold website that you can subscribe to and stay up-to-date with the latest news.
As for the BOK (Black Oak Minerals Limited) appearance on the ASX today as stated, one would imagine that us Shareholders and Management alike are at the mercy of the ASX administration.
