the shell company might be used to list the alberta oil sands project or the other option would be to list the south sumutra asset....either way existing shareholders will be given free shares in the new company on a basis on their shareholding on the day and will have the option to (top up) purchase shares in the new listed company as well.the carrot would be that the project will be drill ready...this is a way to raise more capitol ....ps .on a different note some people havent read their (notice of annual general meeting booklet) sent to all shareholders ,this booklet gives us the dates and timetable of the consolidation ,item 9.....pss im in favor for the shares to go up to 12 cents.....psss this is all a idea.do your own reaserch
