The RXL lament!!! RXL has always been an oh so nearly attractive stock but not quite. To date mineral deposits on various projects have either been too low in grade or too far underground or to narrow in width. To me it looks like they have finally struck a winner in Bonya in regards to width, depth and grade........HOWEVER.......

with poor old RXL there is always a HOWEVER

I believe that something fundamentally shifted with copper as of last Friday night. In recent times we have seen oil, iron ore, coal and PMs get smashed out of the ball park. Copper had thus far managed to hang onto multi year price support until last Friday night when it was broken in grand style. It went down further yesterday and although it rallied last night my belief is that the market believes it is just coming back to test the break down point before heading much lower. If I look at the long term copper chart and if I look at iron ore and oil then I do not think it is too fantastic to believe that copper will be $1.50/lb in double quick time. If RXL had made this discovery even 6 months ago then I believe it would be 10c/share now...at least.

So now to the RXL lament we can add timing......grade, width, depth and market timing have been a curse to RXL. They have never managed to get all 4 right but so often have had 3 out of 4. You just can't help bad luck.
