The last report required - Rehabilitation Plan -, was lodged on the 1 October 2014, which is now 8 weeks. Even on the assumption it has to go through Minister, DEHP, ISP Consultants and then to possible Committee for review the timeline was always ambitious. Probably why CNXO has gone a tad north and CNX has yoyo'd on small volumes.

In the mean time, if the Decommissioning Report and Rehab Report went to the ISP consultants, then an ANN with their recommendation to the Gov., should CNX be able to officially procure a copy, may be the teeth CNX requires to shore up investor confidence.
After all, at this stage we are only seeking approval to proceed with Blue Gum Commercial UCG Application.

I may be a touch premature, but if we don't receive an ANN this week, I don't think we may receive it prior to Xmas. Of course I could be wrong (hope I am), but as we've seen over the years, breaking new ground and "The Bureaucracy" are rarely timely.

Any other thoughts?
