what are the risks involved

they are working over 1 well, opening another and connecting 2 for gas production, increasing resource and planning new wells

they could screw up the work over, they could find 73 rusted shut and they could build the pipe in the wrong place

my money would be on regardless of the price paid, the new shares will be worth more in a shortish space of time.
