I think the 3 directors in the top 20 share holders  are performance shares,  which they would not get now,
Thats just my thinking, not sure.

I think our best way to try and save AYN,  is to contact the Big Share holders, to get them involved.

Because right know the decisions for the future of AYN are being made by the The Receivers and Managers & assisted where appropriate with Administrators.

So I think the only way to save AYN, is to contact the Big share holders, & get them to contact management, to tell them to make a plan to offer share holders, to fund the owed debt, & funds to put AYN in Care & Maintenance. Sid are you able to do this.

And I would ask all Share holders to Phone or send a email to management to request this.

I just tried to call management but I only got a answer machine, I left message for them to contact me.

If all share holders could send a email to request management, to tell them to make a plan to offer share holders, to fund the owed debt, & funds to put AYN in Care & Maintenance. [email protected] And ask for a reply.

We NEED to put the idea to management, that we want AYN to be put into Care & Maintenance.
