As far as I know Mark has contacted the larger shareholders personally to inform them about the plans post-merger.

Is it clear to me that not everyhting ran really in the interest of the long-term-share-holders (e.g. finally another dilution). However - in my view no other option left.

I have also the feeling that with some fine-tuning Kitumba in 2-3 years time might very well be a pretty interesting story. Maybe supported by higher CU prices or further discoveries (read the opinions of the 2 indipendent experts in the scheme booklet - pretty comprehensive and extensive).

In my view withour the merger BTR is dead.
