What I have learned from being lucky enough to hold some high quality stocks over many years (eg FLT and ARP) is that it is simply not worth the risk of selling and then hoping to buy back at lower levels. I put MNF in this category and I wouldn't sell at these levels.
These companies tend to keep on delivering for shareholders, and while price might streak ahead of value from time to time, the financials often take a sudden step up and quickly rebalance the equation. In essence, IMO, they are not worth selling while the same people are running and owning the company.
