Agree with others views. I think management will realize that most if not all shareholders are a wake up to them. All these legal hearings in my opinion is a front to mask their incompetence. Non-circumvention agreements, best estimates of prospective potential and now contingent and prognosed. It's an absolute insult.
It's disgraceful how Directors of speculative companies use shareholders as a tool to earn significant incomes.
The only reliable test of a wells PROSPECTIVE POTENTIAL or CONTINGENT RESOURCES is flow test rates over many hours and days. Only then can we have a reliable BEST ESTIMATE. Management know this fact only too well !
Management must think we are all dills.
