ocka, IMO it would be a terrible move to delist our company - we will be even more illiquid than now and in the event any of us needed to offload our shares, we would not be able to.
A merger with JMS / HAW is definitely a viable move to consider. The only problem once again is that none of us have concrete port access. If you look at JMS's AGM presentation last year they mention two options regarding port: 1) Use Cliff's infrastructure, or 2) spend $80 - 100 million on upgraded Esperance Port which at the moment doesn't seem to be happening.
My own opinion would be:
- Either attempt to purchase a currently failing mid-tier Fe producer in the Yilgarn or Mid-West (if any available) to gain port access (but this opens the floodgates for us to fail also due to such low iron ore prices)
- or leave all Iron Ore projects for now and start acquiring opportunities with other commodities (eg. Uranium, Vanadium, Graphite, Nickel)
Last option: Discontinue the search for a promising MD and let our company hibernate with minimal cash burn for the next two years until Fe prices start resolving.
Above all IMO
